I’m looking at the manager on godaddy and I haven’t the slightest clue where to start or how to load my files. I also don’t know the database names I need to install wordpress. Could somebody please help?

You need your database information!.
Maybe you can send a email to godaddy..
Try look for the email they send to you the first time when you bought your name.
Open the wordpress wp-config file (whit kladblock) and put in the information they ask and save it. Now you up-load out all the files in your ….. (when you loggin godaddy) don’t copy the whole map WORDPRESS because your website is named as http://www.example.com/wordpress
