you need to do it some times, maybe 2 times a year, cause the hair enter to the clipper/outliner and fuck up your machine, i open yesterday, cause my clipper let me some hair longer, and i use my machine every 1 or 2 weeks, for 6 months, nice day dude !
dabarist, look i have an andis styliner 2 so when i open it it dont have that lil top screw, what do i do with that one to adjust it? if you can help me out with that one fam id really apriciate it!

Thanks for the video now my trimmers are back to normal. I just adjusted the blade like you said and didnt need to open the entire clipper.
yeah that what happens that no need to even open the entire clipper bcuz it does NOTHIN for the sharpness….hope you get a new pair and learn from your mistakes
two product….andis master clippers(for actual cutting the hair) and andis t outliner( for outling the hair line and givin it that precision cut)….two of the best products on the market and are worth the money and has a very long life
man wtf,,,,PLEASE disregard this video….there is no need to open the entire trimmers open bcuz you ruin the risk of damaging the inside mechanisms and second, bcuz the average user will not use the clippers like a barber would so the clippers wont be in that bad of shape that you have to open the entire thing….beside open the entire case does nothin for the sharpest of the cut
both are great…but if chosing just one go with the t outliner, its the more popluar choice
Hey i have an Andis “Outliner II” and I was having the same problem. I opened the box and didn’t perform at all. I watched this video and made the adjustments and now it cuts great! Thank you for your help!
do u have to do this rite away when u bought it out of the box ??or is it good for outlining when u get it brand new for a couple of times until it has to be adjusted?
