		<description>There are roof sealers that you can paint, spread or mop on, as mentioned above.  If it were mine, I would patch the leak, then build a roof over the mobile home.

This could be done by setting posts along the sides of the trailer, connected by beams.  Attach rafters or trusses to the beams.  Cover with sheeting, apply roofing paper, and shingles.

The structure would not be attached to the mobile home, would provide protection, and would keep the home cooler in the summer.</description>

		<description>Non fibered roof coating.  wear old clothes and roll it on, especially do the seams and around any vent pipes.  Don&#039;t assume the leak is right above where the water damage is, the water will travel along beams an wiring or whatever.</description>
